What a find !! A reliable plumber who did a AMAZING job ! Hard to find in London !! Highly recommended!

Billy from Mallards is a one off. He always tries his level best to get to the root of a problem and fix it. He has done numerous jobs for my family company’s tenanted properties over the years, including staying on site til Water Co. got round to turning off the water at midnight, enabling him to fix the leak. He has a good old fashioned attitude to following a job through to the bitter end! Totally reliable and highly competent. As I type this, he is at a flat for the 3rd time this week on a Saturday morning to get the boiler going for our tenants.

We needed underfloor paperwork carried out and boiler checks. Billy was the consummate professional. He gave an accurate estimate (for fairly unpredictable work) and the work was done at a reasonable price. The work was carried out to a highly professional standard. Billy was pleasant well informed and highly professional and good at communicating. I would have no hesitation to recommend him.

We have used Billy many times and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. He is always punctual and polite and very knowledgeable about plumbing! Billy recently replaced our boiler and he was realistic about the cost and time needed to complete the work. He is professional and completely trustworthy. Thank goodness he lives in Southfields!
