Testimonials

I had problems with my heating for years. I called a number of different plumbers but none of them could resolve the issue. Billy was recommended by a friend, he identified and rectified the problem and my heating has worked perfectly ever since . He was courteous, punctual and very helpful. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Billy was recommended to me by a friend when our heating suddenly stopped working. It happened during a cold spell in winter so getting it sorted out was a priority. Billy spent the morning getting our boiler up and running. He was quick and efficient, his communication was very good and I felt confident that he really knew what he was doing. He took the time to check back with me a few days later to confirm all was well - customer service is one of his priorities. Billy has done numerous jobs for me since and the quality of his work has always been top notch. I recommend him highly.

Would highly recommend Billy Lane. He is knowledgeable and professional with a can do approach to solving problems. Billy has done a number of jobs for me, both in my own home and in my rental properties- always excellent, including an emergency call out when his prompt action prevented serious damage.
